The Build Your Ethical Group Practice Program Includes:
Assessment Session
In your assessment session, I will:
Get to who you are so we can identify what’s needed to reach your business goals
Take inventory of your current business & business plan to figure out what is and isn’t working
Work together to identify your goals for group practice
Begin identifying barriers such as guilt, shame, imposter syndrome, self-defeating narratives, patriarchy, values dissonance, and time scarcity
Two Planning Sessions
In these planning sessions, we will work together to:
Identify your mission
Solidify your business plan
Set your fees, your policies, & your niche
What systems you can use to streamline your work & minimize overwhelm
What emotional work you may need to bring to therapy to work on being a solid leader
What ways you may need to outsource help & support.
Two Implementation Sessions
In these implementation sessions, I will help you with:
Writing your practice policies, manuals, pay structure & agreements
Hiring, onboarding, and cultivation of team culture
Writing or updating your website and profiles template so you’re effectively marketing to right fit clients
Identifying systems that simplify your workload
Creating & initiating your marketing plan

I am your accountability buddy and will balance helping you with the tasky things that come with business building while always leading with a boatload of self-compassion.

I’ll be available to answer questions or give feedback via Slack messages or voice memos.
Admin & Task Support
I will be available to offer additional support such as proofreading and editing your website copy, giving feedback about your progress, answering questions, providing resources, and offering practical support tailored to your unique brain if you’re getting stuck with certain tasks.
Valuable Handouts & Worksheets
Throughout the program, I’ll send you valuable handouts, spreadsheets, and worksheets to support you in your goals. I’ve done all this work already, and I’m happy to share it with you!
Optional Add-on Services
Coaching clients have the option to utilize the following additional support:
Website Draft - during the implementation portion of your program, we offer to support you by drafting your website based on what we’ve discussed.
This service is $200/hour for typically 2-3 hours of work
Your Role in This Process
Building a business is a lot of work & there’s no way around that. If anyone tells you it isn’t a lot of work, it’s simply not true. There are phases of growth when you’ll need to work more to build up systems and there are phases of coasting when you can just enjoy all the benefits of what you spent time & energy building.
This coaching program will require you to do the work. Your success will be dependent on you doing the steps between our meetings to move towards your goals. However, you don’t have to burn yourself out to do the work! We’ll talk about how to do it sustainably.
I’ll be honest & tell you what many coaches won’t…private practice isn’t for everybody. Some folks don’t want to put their energy towards running a business and that’s okay! In our free consultation, we can chat about if this feels like the right fit for you. But, if it is, I truly believe you can build a business that allows you to have a sustainable & abundant life.

This process is an investment in time, energy, and money. I know it can feel overwhelming, so I offer payment timing adjustments as needed.
Price for coaching program $1,995 total
Sliding scale option 1 for coaching package: $1,645 total
Sliding scale option 2 for coaching package: $1,400 total
Price for optional add on meetings: $225
Payment timing options:
Pay total cost upfront
Pay per meeting ($400 per meeting)
Pay over 6 months (broken into monthly payments of $333/month)
